Head of Client Success

Morgan leads the client success team and is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of client activities and outcomes as it relates to the Invoy Analyst and Ambassador teams. Passionate about helping others achieve their goals, she has spent her career driving businesses and developing employees do just that.

Prior to joining Invoy, Morgan worked for Apple Retail as the Store Lead at a flagship location in New York City and Charlotte, NC. She supported the recruiting, training and development of all Apple Store employees. She also worked at Equinox as one of the first General Managers in the luxury fitness industry for several years helping to grow and create successful teams and financials. Morgan joined Invoy because she is excited about helping people live happier and healthier lives and giving them the tools and knowledge to do so.

Morgan earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Central Washington University where she was also captain of her college volleyball team. When Morgan is not working she loves spending time with her husband Chris and their two sons, Harrison, age 3 and Everett, age 1. They love exploring outdoors and hosting friends and family at their home.
